Moving on, the sky slowly lightens. You notice that flowers you've never seen before, with various colored, pointed petals are opening as the sun begins to rise and shed its light upon the ground, and you stop to admire the little blooms. When you look up once again, you get a bit of a surprise; while you were studying the flowers, a creature new to you was studying you from a little bit farther down the faint path. And, as you watch, another emerges.

Both are a beautiful mix of colors, and quite bright. You study them as they regards you, but the first soon rises, and, after inclining his head towards you in what seems to be a friendly nod, he trots off into the forest, the first few rays of sunlight alighting on his coat as he departs. The second, a female, follows after.
