As you progress through the forest, still wondering slightly about the festivities spoken of by that Crystal Unicorn, the forest returns to 'normal.' Rather, the traces of rainforest-like humidity and vegetation fade back into the autumn-y sort of forest, complete with a slight, but not enough to be uncomfortable, chill to the air. You're getting increasingly curious about the festivities, when a very colorful leagus mare crosses your path.

"Hello!" The cheerful mare seems vaguely familiar as she trots down the path towards you. Perhaps that leagus you most recently met was her father? He must have been... but you get no more time to ponder this. "I'm Eskani! I had warning you were coming!" She grins an equine-ish smile. "I trust you met Ajax with no problems?" You nod, and comment that he seemed quite good natured. "Aye," Eskani replies. "He may be a predator, but he's an intelliegent one, and there's an agreement-- he doesn't attack any of us sentients, or anything here from another land, that isn't designated as prey. And we don't get in his way." She laughs, and beckons you on with a shake of her head. "Come along, the festivities are beginning!"
