The path soon brings you to a very strange sight. The forest opens up, extremely abruptly, into what appears to be... a town? It's rather different from anything you were expecting. Marble and stone buildings stretch out in a valley before your eyes, looking out of place, as you've been seeing just about nothing but trees lately. Cautiously, you step forward, taking the path towards the building. It strikes you, as you approach, that this is a very quiet town. Ghostly quiet... it's apparent, right off the bat, that it's been abandoned. Well, not entirely abandoned. You catch a glimpse of color, and, always eager to see the wildlife, you step towards the broken and fallen column behind which the creature had darted.

The creature is rather feline in appearance, and with rather lovely colors. A flicker of intelligence flashes in its eyes, but it is not as friendly as you'd hoped. When you get to close, it--he, rather-- snaps his jaws at you, narrowing his eyes, and then darts away, loping into a nearby building. He glances back at you, and then disappears through the doorway. You walk towards the building, looking up at it... while it's weathered, and some of the stone of the fine statues and columns is chipped now, you can tell that it must have been very impressive back in the days of its use. You see no other sign of the creature, but you can make out the engraved letters above your head, etched into the building's stone: "Brighten Vale Theatre". Not quite so bright anymore, you think, with a touch of sorrow, and turn to leave.
