It's dark, but you managed to follow your guide well enough, and after maybe fifteen minutes of walking (well, near the end, more dragging yourself) through the sand, you can hear the sound of waves. It's still dark, but ahead, you can also make out lights of some sort... "I'll leave you to reach the sea on your own," your guide calls down from where she hovers above. "Feel free to rest if you need to, this area is quite safe!" She vanishes, leaving you to trudge on alone. The sand you walk on grows less course, and you walk towards the lights, wondering what they are. The waves grow closer, and as you near the sources of illumination, you find that they're farther into the water than you thought. The waves crash around long, metallic posts, at the top of which are intricate metal cages. Inside the cages are orbs of glowing light, shining whitely, like small, self contained moons. As you wade out to stand under one of the odd lamps, you catch a glimpse of something else glimmering in the water. Fins splash up a fine spray, which catches the light of the orb-lamps and of the larger moon beyond. You wonder if you should wade out any farther, afraid that it might be something predatory, but it soon rises its head above the water, and you see that it's an Okea'tygre.

She splashes around, not coming to close to you, but staying on the edge of the lamplight. She's the color of kelp, and marked with jewels of another shade of green. You admire her, and enjoy the feel of the cool, but not overly chilled nighttime waters. After a period of time, you feel the tide grow a bit stronger, and retreat back onto the beach, turning to follow the path of lights along its length.
